Terme Čatež Company Disposes 100 % Holding Share at Marina Portorož Company

Terme Čatež company signed the contract on 3 October 2018 with the targeted purchaser of a selling option (the procedure compiled by UniCredit Banka Slovenija d.o.o.) on the acquisition of 100 % holding share at Marina Portorož company.
