The Supervisory Council of Terme Čatež company got acquainted on their 104th Meeting dated 20 December 2017 with the performance of the company in the period January-October 2017, plan projection 2018 and appointment of auditor in the mergers and thereupon increased capital share of Terme Čatež company in M Kapital and M Naložbe company.
