A journey through 12 stages with different relaxation techniques takes 120 minutes.

Roman-Irish baths programme:

Dressing-room - you get a toga. This is followed by:
1. Shower (3 minutes)
2. Dry Roman sauna (85 ˚C - 15 minutes)
3. Shower (3 minutes)
4. Relaxation in whirlpool (34 ˚C - 10 minutes)
5. Irish steam bath (46 ˚C - 15 minutes)
6. Shower and cooling down in the cold pool (18 ˚C - 1 minute)
7. Pampering in whirlpool (38 ˚C - 15 minutes)
8. Infra-red sauna (50-60 °C, 15-20 minutes)
9. Pool with mineral water (30 ˚C - 15 minutes)
10. Laconium (40-50 ˚C, 25 minutes)
11. Shower (3 minutes)
12. Rest at sanarium (25 minutes)
