The employees of the Terme Čatež d.d. are the key to our success. They are the ones, who carry out our mission, vision and business strategy and ascertain the high quality of our services. It is thanks to them that we are the leader in our line of activity.

In our personnel policy we aim at continuous development both at the workplace as well as outside the company. For this reason, we regularly organise internal training courses for every work category, to which we frequently invite external lecturers, too. In addition to this, we enable our people to attend professional seminars or language courses and foster and finacially support post-graduate studies. Work under the leadership of experienced managers is the foundation for professional and personal advancement.
