With the participation in the prize winning game the participant declares that he/she is an adult and allows Terme Catez to use the acquired data for informing the participant about the news and special rates.

The lot will take place on 20.03.2010. The winners of the prize winning game will be chosen by a special commission at Terme Čatež d.d., Topliška cesta 35, 8251 Čatež ob Savi. Winners of the lot will be notified by E-mail. Employees of the Terme Čatež d.d. including their family members are not allowed to participate in this prize winning game.

Terme Čatež, the organisator of the prize winning game has the right to use the acquired personal data for promotional purposes.

The prizewinners agree that their personal data will be announced on the website: www.terme-catez.si.

The organiser of the prize winning game keeps the prizewinner's records (e-mails, notification of prizes) according to the accounting legislation. The complete documentation will be destroyed by the commission after two years.
